Their first encounter was a picturesque double date picnic in the park, where the chemistry between them was palpable. The very next day, Abraham couldn’t resist inviting Nicole to their soon-to-be favorite sushi spot, Sasabune, where their love story truly began.
From that moment on, Abraham has welcomed Nicole into his adventurous life highlighted by his love of aviation. He’s piloted her on numerous thrilling flights, allowing them to enjoy breathtaking views from above. Nicole, in turn, has introduced Abraham to the captivating realm of television and film production, enriching his life with her creativity and passion for storytelling. They also delight in her scrumptious homemade bakes. Together, they have explored the world, indulging in great travel and savoring gourmet meals, creating countless memories along the way.
On May 20, 2024, Abraham meticulously devised an epic proposal that was nothing short of a fairytale. It was a Monday morning, and Nicole was buzzing with excitement and a touch of anxiety as she embarked on a new show. Her day was jam-packed with meetings and tasks, but she agreed to accompany Abraham to Camarillo under the pretense of scouting a “plane to buy,” with a promise to be back in time for her important meeting.
Unbeknownst to Nicole, Abraham had orchestrated an extraordinary surprise. As they boarded a helicopter, she was riddled with fear since she had never flown in a helicopter! Before she knew it, they were sky high and soaring over the majestic landscapes of Malibu. Due to “inclement weather” conditions, the helicopter pilot announced that they needed to land and wait for the sky to clear. Once the helicopter landed atop the Malibu mountains, Nicole and Abraham alighted from the aircraft.
Overlooking the stunning vistas, Abraham dropped to one knee, his heart brimming with love and anticipation. Nicole, caught completely off guard, was overwhelmed with joy and excitement. With the beautiful landscape of Malibu as their backdrop, Abraham asked for her hand in marriage. In her delight and astonishment, Nicole was at a loss for words. Eventually Abraham asked if the answer was “Yes!” Nicole exclaimed a heartfelt “Yes!” The helicopter pilot was an amazing photographer as well and worked in tandem with Abraham to devise this intricate proposal plan while capturing every moment!
The day was far from over. They continued their romantic adventure, flying over Los Angeles, the city of their dreams, and ending with a spectacular view of the Hollywood sign. This magical flight symbolized their shared passions for aviation and entertainment, perfectly encapsulating their journey together. Abraham’s careful planning, the script for the pilot/photographer, and the chosen proposal spot were all orchestrated to create a moment that would live with them forever.
As they landed, tears of happiness flowed freely, and they immediately shared the joyous news with their family and friends. Nicole and Abraham are very excited for their upcoming wedding and to share the next chapter of their love story with the ones closest to their hearts.
